Prices shown are rental prices for the property per week in UK Pounds, Euros & US$ inclusive, linen, towels, pool towels (if necessary), welcome pack free. Leasing is comprehensive and includes access to sports facilities and the use of materials for children that are in place).

Changeover Day
Arrive from 4pm Saturday. Depart by Saturday 11am. Special cases are possible to at the booking or, possibly, on the spot.

Booking Notes
A deposit of 30% is payable on booking. The balance 6 weeks prior to holiday. On arrival, a check (separate) deposit of 250 € must be done. It is set aside and will be returned at the end of the stay except incident in authorizing the use or set aside (but not shot) in case of disagreement.

At the reservation and within the home, a pack of regional guides, local email addresses to organize your stay.
As part of the welcome always, refreshments available in the refrigerator and a complimentary welcome pack of essential foods

The lease is global and therefore includes access to the pool and uses games and sports equipments and household up.

Linen, changed every weekend.

Cleaning is done by tenants but may (optionally) be done by someone outside of “La Gaudane” by its tariff, provided by SCI to tenants.

In the same spirit, at the request and as part of the welcome information provided to the hosts, it can be linked with people having the ability to provide babysitting or various aids (where it is foreseeable it is recommended to address these issues when booking).

There is plentiful information on this site but when you are planning a holiday there's always more you need to know and we are happy to help.

Local Events: Cordes and the surrounding towns and villages have a full calendar of events, medieval fetes, vide greniers, vintage car rallies, music festivals, guitar festivals, wine festivals and more and more! If we know your interests we can identify events of your choice which will take place during your stay.

Flexibility:

The arrangement of "La Gaudane" allows great flexibility. Thus an apartment can accommodate a highly variable number of vacationers. Somme apartments can even be used as one for people wanting to be together. Capabilities are therefore only indicative and we can accommodate most permutations of 2 to 21 for the whole building. One constraint is the number of beds and it is not possible to host more than15 temporary tenants at the same time for all three apartments which are: "The owner's apartment, " "The Loft South” and “The Loft North”. However, "La Gaudane" may also receive in addition to these accommodations, tenants of the Lodge which is not affected by this constraint.
